CONCEPT OF PRO-ZAC: Completely new project! New version of our Hi-Performance-Freestyle. Board super compact freestyle (204/206cm), a blend of advanced design, power, performance, robustness, and lightness (5,100kg /93lt) 100% Handmade in Italy

Board completely redesigned, new shape, new scoop-rocker line, new edges, and new volume distribution.

The design focused on the combination of elements needed for a hardcore freestyle Board. Speed, planing entry, instant pop, rotations, acceleration, reactivity, sliding, and naturally super resistance, all in just over two meters.

Performance, control, and ease of use even in dirty and unstable conditions, such as choppy, ON_OFF, and foams.

SHAPE: completely designed in 3D and executed with millimeter precision thanks to the use of CNC-Machine of the latest generation. Moderate Vee throughout the length and flat-super fast rocker ensure instant top speed, planing, and lightning-fast accelerations in short spaces.

DIMENSIONS: reduced length, the Pro-Zac is among the most compact freestyles on the market. Maximum width narrowed, parallel edges. 

The super-compact dimensions help in powerful moves and provide greater control during Air-Time because the Board feels smaller. Additionally, the reduced dimensions generate less impact on the feet when landing tricks or sliding, helping the rider to rotate tricks more easily, quickly, and under control.

Thanks to its compactness, the rider stays close to the rig in a very comfortable position for both big-moves and regular or switch-stance riding.

VOLUME:  Despite its reduced length, the Pro-Zac remains super balanced and very stable, thanks to the volume distributed in a very balanced manner. Maximum thickness concentrated in the stance area and extra volume in the rear strap area, for maximum planing, pop, slide, and better control. Reduced volume in the nose to reduce swing and aid in rotations.

Tail: square, and further tapered to 10cm. We thus achieved more top speed and less wetted surface, which combined with sharp edges create great lift and power, acceleration, and extra pop.

BOW: Low nose for maximum slide, rounded and compact bow to reduce weight, avoid swing, and provide fluidity to sliding moves 

RAILS: much attention has been paid to the edges (progressive rails) now more fluid. Soft in the front area for maximum slide, slightly edged in the center to maintain planing, and super sharp and boxy at Tail for release and maximum speed. The sharp edges from Tail make the Board powerful, increase acceleration, top speed, and grip for going upwind. They also help in control when cutting through the chop.

CONSTRUCTION: thanks to our MADE in ITALY construction  and by using the best materials on the market, we have achieved a record weight for a 93lt freestyle, naturally without compromising resistance, 

Thanks to its extraordinary lightness (5,100kg) and reactivity, the Pro-Zac allows you to jump higher and faster, encouraging riders to push towards new moves and more radical navigation.

The new design makes this Board limitless, easily accessible to any freestyler, from the first move to high-double-moves! Always in control and super stable with a very wide range.
