Shipping and Returns

  • Orders are processed from Modena, Italy. Orders are processed the day following the date of the order, or the first available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed from the following Monday.
  • From the moment of order confirmation, HATROPINA undertakes to deliver to the customer within the following 48 hours for the national territory.
  • The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged at the time the order is processed
  • When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive a notification e-mail which provides the waybill and tracking number relating to the order and a link to trace it.
  • Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. HATROPINA parcels are carefully sealed.
  • If the parcel appears to have been tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt of the parcel with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to promptly contact Hatropina  at the e-mail address hatropina@gmail.com
  • Any dispute regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be sent to hatropina@gmail.com within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
  • By placing an order, all customers establish a commercial relationship with HATROPINA and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender HATROPINA in Italy at customer's charge. The costs charged to the customer include shipping costs and any customs duties. These charges will be deducted from the refund due.
  • RETURNS
  • The customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items may be returned for cash or credit within 7 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged in an orderly manner and with the return sign still attached
  • Returned items must not have been used or altered in any way. The goods must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use
  • Items must be returned with all original tags, wrappers and other accessories received in the package. The goods must not be damaged, altered and the packing box used for shipping must be used
  • Returns must be authorized by HATROPINA
  • The request will be handled by our operators and you will receive all the instructions for the return shipment via email.
  • Authorised returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally shipped.
  • Shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
