Shipping and Returns

  • Orders are processed from Modena, Italy. Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • From the moment the order is confirmed, HATROPINA undertakes to deliver to the customer within the following 48 hours for the national territory.
  • The amount of credit card transactions is charged at the time of order processing
  • When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification that provides the waybill number and tracking-number relating to the order and a link for tracing it.
  • Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. The packages of HATROPINA are carefully sealed.
  • If the package appears tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to promptly contact Hatropina at the e-mail address hatropina@gmail.com
  • Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be sent to hatropina@gmail.com within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted. < / li>
  • All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with HATROPINA and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to its lack of cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses the delivery, the package is returned to the sender HATROPINA in Italy at customer's charge. The costs charged to the customer include shipping costs and any customs duties. These charges will be deducted from the refund due.
  • RETURNS
  • The customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for cash or credit refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return sign still attached
  • Returned items must not have been used or altered in any way. The goods must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use
  • Items must be returned with all original tags, wrappers and other accessories received in the package. The goods must not be damaged, altered and the packaging box used for shipping must be used
  • Returns must be authorized by HATROPINA
  • The request will be handled by our operators and you will receive by email all the instructions to make the return shipment .
  • Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country the order was originally shipped to.
  • The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
